Very rude. Poor quality work. Constantly trying to upsell their garbage. Never again.

I have been going to Tony's Nails in St. Clairsville for many years and have never had any problems. Everyone that has done my nails were very professional and did just what I wanted them to do. They are the only salon I will go to. Kim and Kevin are great.

I will not return to this nail salon. I took my grandma to get her nails and feet done. The lady said she wouldn't charge for gel polish I even asked just to double check. I went to pay and the man said it is an extra 15 per finger nails and toes. Well a normal pedicure is 30 I got charged 45 which is correct. And a normal manicure is 15 he charged me 35. Which he charged me an extra 5. Well I got a full set which is 29 and I got a shape. Never in my life of getting my nails done have I been charged to get my nails a certain shape. They charged an extra 10! I also wanted to get my toes painted pm their sign it says a Polish change is 6 dollars. I was charged 10 because it was a Polish change one my toes. This is the worst nail salon I have EVER been to! I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
