I have been going to them for about 3 yrs....Within day's major braids was coming out. I was told i would be compensated. But nothing. They are very rude!! They always stopping to eat, Run to the store or talk to people that come in. I was asked to Cash app a Sister in Atlanta the $188.00 i was paying for my hair with. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! And Rude. Or someone come in they owe and they ask you to pay early. I will NOT be returning especially now after they want you to pay for the hair yet prices remains the Same. NOT today Satan, Not TUDAY

getting worse!!!

I made an appointment for Thursday was told to come Tuesday the next day. She called again to tell me to come Thursday instead of Tuesday the following day. Went Thursday was told to come back the next day so she could finish my hair, but still wanted full payment. Now I have a bald spot in my head from the new girl who put 3 different types of braids in my head. I have been to them for the last 5 years. It seems with every passing year their mouth gets smarter and the braids take longer to do. I will not be giving them my time or $200 anymore.

Told me to come in at 8pm then 9pm and then asked me to wait another hour. Very unprofessional and can barely speak properly over the phone. Waste of my time. You could have made $120 sewing my hair in but I will be going elsewhere

I recently had my hair done at Mammy's I came in for starter dread locs I wanted my grid to be in triangle parts.. I explained this to a Tee and before the lady started...also they didn’t have the best products they used that nasty funky pro-style black Gel to make my coils.. I sat for almost 2hrs for nothing after she finished I looked in the mirror and wanted to cry she didn’t part my hair correctly.. I think they didn’t know what a “triangle” part was.. she charged me 60.00 it was shady... the back was full and the top was not it was like maybe 10 coils on top.. I complained to the owner who claimed she would do it herself this never happened she had another girl do it and charged me an extra 30 when I came bk for the corrections to be made..still a terrible outcome after I showed the girl pictures on google of a triangle part...I WILL Never come back or refer nobody

Quality work but horrible customer service.. Some of the woman take several breaks .. I would never return

Great place. Very talented staff. Don't make plans because it takes awhile. This is a 4 hour at the least job. All you have to do is show them a picture of the style you like and they will make it come to reality. These ladies have the gift.
