Terry (owner) has styled my hair for years and I always get compliments. In addition to her amazing skills and genuine friendliness, I greatly appreciate how Terry honors my time by being ready within minutes of my appointment and doesn't keep me waiting.

We showed up without an appointment apparently a big nono. Were told they had two back to back in an hour, cool. We grabbed a bite to eat and came back. No one at front desk and after 20 minutes of waiting we left.

My family's been going to newbys and seeing Terry for over 20 years now. Real homely feel. Great quality. I always leave feeling pampered and beautiful. Has a family feeling. I would definitely recommend the whole family to come. It is full service. They wash, cut, and style your hair. Coloring is avaliable too as well as other great services. The hair wash is my favorite. They really massage your scalp while they wash, I get sleepy it's so peaceful. Staff is very knowledgeable about all hair types and styles. Thin hair, thick hair, curly or straight. They can make your hair dreams come true
