Not professional at all those ladies donâ€™t care about quality customers service I went there and have to tell the lady how to style a hair because when she finished my hair was Looking all puffy and without any style she just dryed the hair!!!! Horrible so I asked her to give me at least some style her answer was( oh u dint tell me.) WTH that why I went There so she could style my hair honestly I can do better do it myself.

Had hair colored there twice.. wasn't happy either time. Told the lady I don't look good with dark hair, was almost black and no hint of the red highlights I wanted. $85, I can do it at home.

The absolute worst customer service. Had my hair turned 6 or 7 shades of yellow and orange. Was told I needed to wait three weeks and come back so they could fix it. Still charged me $100. I wouldn't go back there ever.
