Awesome idea, and super friendly staff! The kids love it there. The problem is that they aren't great at their primary job- cutting hair. The girls always come out with crooked bangs. I've tried it a few times with different stylists, but it's always the same. And unlike a lot of kids, mine (at least the 3yo) sit still. So it's not that they're squirming a lot, they just aren't great stylists. I'll be finding a new place, unfortunately.

I've tried this place a couple times with my son, who is three and sits very still. I like the concept of a kid focused salon but the talent leaves alot to be desired. Very jagged and uneven and a different cut than I requested all together. With both visits I had to fix the cut after the fact. I have no hair cutting experience yet I was still able to improve the cut we left with. From what I've gathered the proprietor of the business feels some stylists don't mesh with some kids, excusing any bad cuts as the two not being a match. In my opinion every customer should leave with a good cut regardless of how well the customer matches with the stylists personality. I wouldn't recommend to anyone unless you don't mind paying for a sub-par haircut.

My family loves Cookie Cutters! My kids get to watch their favorite shows, play on an indoor slide, and pick fun chairs to sit in. The staff is so careful around their ears and always do a great job cutting their hair. Their app makes scheduling appointments a piece of cake, too.

Where else can a parent go and have both children entertained and leave looking super cute? The gals working are always pleasant, and my little ones always behave well for them. Great place to get a child's haircut.

It was my daughter's first hair cut...they did a very good job they even styled her hair after... which I totally adored . She got a certificate a with her picture on it and a piece of her hair as a keepsake....I highly recommend cookie cutters for kids haircuts!
