Yunia is amazing! Seriously don’t waste your time & money going anywhere else! I’ve personally tried almost all of the braiding salons in the Salt Lake City area & none compare to Yunia’s skill. She is fast but still takes the time to do it right so the braids stay in & your hair doesn’t get damaged. She is super accommodating also! She even came in on her day off to braid my hair before my vacation! I’ll never go anywhere else to get my hair braided!

I had a great experience getting box braids! Yunia did my entire head in 4hrs and they are perfect! Not to mention it was painless and I had no trouble sleeping on them. She explained everything and gave me instructions on how to care for my scalp and hair. I met all of the women who work in this salon and saw the other customer results. All of the women are very friendly and nice. Every customer left with fantastic results! I can see why people come in from the surrounding states to get their hair done. Cost was very affordable for such high quality and skilled work. I highly recommend!

This is a great hair salon. It's tucked away in a little plaza right off the main road, and caters to Black and Caucasian hair as the name suggests. They have three excellent stylists and a good selection of products to buy that you can use at home. I highly recommend it.

Make an appointment with Yunia, she can do it all, you won't regret it! Besides styling, she also is very knowledgeable about hair and keeping hair healthy and growing. She washes, deep conditions, trims and styles my hair, my hair has gotten so much healthier and longer since my first appointment with her. Good price and a good quality product. They are professional, work in a timely fashion, and actually care about my hair’s health. They’re also super flexible about hair colors and styles. I’ll definitely go back every few months to get my hair braided.
