I usually like Great Clips as a fast and cheap way to get my hair cut. As a guy with simple taste in hairstyle, I don't need some crazy expensive salon to get the look I want. When I went in today, there was an issue with the credit card machine, and they were unable to take payments by card. I understand that technological issues come up and that there's often little, if anything, that can be done about that. Anyway, they called my name, and as I didn't have cash or time to go to an ATM, I wondered what they might be able to do. Turns out, they were able to do...nothing. I don't know what I was expecting. Maybe a coupon or something? Even if not, I wouldn't have been upset, but they didn't even seem to acknowledge that it's an inconvenience. No 'Oh, I'm sorry,' or 'I apologize for the inconvenience!' She just looked away and called the next person. Maybe I'll try again later, but...yikes. Even so, I'm giving it three stars because this is the only time I've had an issue with the company (though this is my first time coming to this location).

I liked the way the cut my hair. They were fast and friendly. Good place for a quick haircut or can also make online appointments. I didn't have too that day.

I took me and my 5yr old to get cuts before school... I loved mine, it was exactly what I asked for even though it was a different style. But the stylist who did my sons didn't listen at all and basically just buzzed it into a "boy hairdo" making it impossible to give him the mini fohawk he wanted for his first day of kindergarten.

This location is absolutely terrible. The girl who cut my hair did a terrible job. My girlfriend is super possessive when it comes to my hair. She likes is a certain way and I just came in to get it trimmed down on the the sides. The girl wanted to thin out the top and totally gave me a hack job. My girlfriend got so mad she made me go and buy biotin vitamins and special shampoo to make my hair grow back faster. She was so upset that she gave me a sermon on the mount for three hours telling me how sad she was that my hair was complete trash. She complained my ear off for weeks on end and finally it’s getting back to normal but I will avoid this Great Clips like the plague, my suggestion is for you to do so as well.
