Super nice people work here! A very nice lady (who’s name I forgot) but something like Loretta (if so)! helped me today! She diligently tried and tried to help me find a product in store that nobody could locate! She really cares about her customers and the people she works with, it is very obvious how kind and caring she is.

It was my birthday I went in to get some makeup and there were different girls that worked there who kept asking me “do you need help finding anything?” And as I repeatedly said no thank you, they kept coming. I was taking a while at the store but why can’t I? I’m spending a lot of money so I want to make sure if I’m going to buy it, it’s worth it. Then I started getting really annoyed because I saw that the security guy had came in and stood by the door and I saw him watching me so I started feeling uncomfortable but I ignored it because I wasn’t doing anything wrong or stealing. I had a Ulta membership card like really? And as I paid for everything and walked out, I got in the car and saw that the security was leaving right after I just walked out. SERIOUSLY? And it was only me and 4 other white ladies there. They were still shopping and I left. That made it so obvious they called him in because of me and were watching me the minute I walked in. I will NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN and I don’t feel like shopping in a Ulta store at all again period just from that experience.

I was panicking so much since I had to get some things together for an anime convention and I needed some got2b to work on some wigs, I had a lady help me and she was so nice to me and was so helpful. She helped me find what I was looking for and was so happy and kind.

Great store. It is so clean compared to many other ultas. No Starbucks cups on shelves, displays are dusted, they always have every product out. Katy in Clinique is SO helpful and kind. I went with my husband and nearly cried after she helped me. I was so happy and thankful. Finally someone who really knows what they're doing and they love doing it. 100% going back and sold on Clinique products because of her alone!

Went in here to get eye primer. The one I always get is from Urban Decay, got it, went up to the register and the gal suggested something from Mac if I was ever interested in trying something different. It's like the gal read my mind, I was looking for something a little better and she came in clutch. Everyone I go here I always have great customer service. I also love using points and the coupons
