Its true what they say, "You get what you pay for." It's been over a month & still no refund. I have been promised a refund of about $180 for Bridgette butchering my hair May 2018. I've been in constant contact with Mai, their district manager, Caitlyn (new store manager) & Cassandra (old store manager)... and still nothing. This review will stay up until I receive my refund. Constantly calling them to just do what's right. I will write a full detailed review on how incompetent they are until I get my money back! It was so bad to where luckily another Hair Masters' employee came back into the mall for whatever reason, Bridgette was able to ask her, "Should I put the toner in while the hair is wet or dry the hair first?"... as I literally was walking back to our station as directed with wet hair. Thank GOD Kayla walked back into the mall so Bridgette was able ask her. She should’ve known the steps! Bridgette was left alone and it was obvious she brand new and should've been supervised. She was not confident in what she was doing and it made me feel very nervous. Outcome, check out the attached photo. Do not go here, trust me.. unless you want your hair butchered to close to $200. All I want is my money back, Hair Masters in Federal Way inside the Commons Mall!!!!!!!
