I love me spa therapist and have been coming here for years. Unfortunately the equipment specifically the chairs for pedicures have been here just as along. I am paying more for the spa experience, peace and quiet but am getting the John Deere experience instead. The chairs leak and are loud. So the stars are only because of the people or else it would have been a zero

Been here a few times for different services and things have generally been okay depending on who you get. I find it a bit overpriced on general but it is a convenient location for me. However, I recently went in for a manicure and 2 days later the gel polish was peeling off. I could tell that all of the nails were going to be an issue because I could see the polish wasn't one the edges of any of my nails. I called and asked to have it fixed and the agreed. When I went in they had booked me with the same girl who did them the first time so I was worried the same thing would happen... Not only that but instead of re doing the whole set she only did the ones that had fully peeled off already. Needless to say the rest of them peeled off 2 days later and the "fixed ones" started peeling off too. I've now had to just remove it all as I looked ridiculous with every second finger peeled off. Not really happy that they wouldn't either fix the whole set or refund my money. I've paid much less elsewhere and had gel polish last for 2-weeks. If I wanted it to last 2 days I would have just painted my nails myself with regular polish. :(

Sarah was amazing. She really listens to her clients. Cut and colour was spot on. Little pricey but Iâ€™ve paid less and got less. Thanks ðŸ™ðŸ¼ will be back for touch ups!

I have been getting my hair done with Hala at Chinook for as long as I can remember and I wouldn't ever go any place else!! She is an expert in colouring (balayage, highlights etc.) so if you are bored of your hair colour and wanna switch it up you can count on her to do an amazing job!! I know I always feel like a queen when I leave this salon! Without a doubt the best in Calgary!! Highly recommend!!

I have been going to Diva for the last 4 years for all my services and I am never disappointed! If you are looking to get your hair coloured I highly recommend seeing Hala or Michelle at the Chinook location! They are the best!
