This is an unusual post for me to make about Chatters. I have nothing but good experiences until my girlfriend and I went there to get our haircut. I had a great experience but my girlfriend did not. She left in tears because her hairdresser did not listen to how she wanted her hair cut. It was shorter than she asked for. On top of that the hairdresser proceeded to burn her forehead while straightening her hair. She was tugging at her hair and when my girlfriend said ow she just went on doing it. I went back in to voice my concern about the treatment my girlfriend to the manager who was busy with another customer at the time. Rather than make a fuss I stood aside and patiently waited till she was free. She finished with the customer and then went behind the desk where she went a did something on the computer and had 2 conversations with the other ladies manning the desk knowing full well that my hairdresser had told her I was waiting for her to deal with my situation. The manager finally flagged me over, couldn't even be bothered to approach me. I started to voice my concerns about the hairdresser that my girlfriend had and she stopped listening to me and assumed I wanted her money back. This made me angrier as I just needed to make them aware of how one of their employees were treating people.

Very happy with the service. Didnt have an appointment, they got me in right away. Also did just what I asked for and didnt try to talk me into something I didnt want. Very happy.

Loved how easy it was to make an appointment online and Justine did a great job! Was my first time seeing her and she was super friendly and I left with a great haircut exactly like I wanted!

Iâ€™ve been going to this salon for almost a decade. After today I wonâ€™t be going back. I got a call Thursday morning that they had to reschedule my 7 pm appointment that night because they were replacing the door and it was too cold to work. When I questioned how long does it take to replace a door as my appointment was in the evening the girl couldnâ€™t even come up with a reason. But fine, whatever, I needed a haircut. I got there for my rescheduled appointment today that was supposed to be at 1:45. She was finishing up with a client so I waited another 10 mins for her to finish. Sometimes they run late and thatâ€™s understandable. Whatâ€™s not understandable was she took another 5 mins up at the front and when she came back she was with a man, introduced to a few of the other stylists and went into their staff room. I waited thinking sheâ€™d be out shortly as she did see me and acknowledged I was there. No, after waiting for 30 mins past my appointment time, 20 of which was after her last client left, I gave up and walked out. I used to go to Nicki and she was wonderful but left the salon. Apparently their good customer service skills left with her. After being a long time client of the salon I expected better than this.
