Had my hair cut at First Choice 130 Ave SE and the Asian lady hair stylist didn’t even care drying my hair as it was damped from spraying water while doing a hair cut. My hair was flipping out and I was shocked when she said it was all done. It looked like a disaster like no one would believe I went to a salon🥹. I asked if she could use a hair dryer and then told me twice that blow drying is an extra charge. I said I will pay for it. She didn’t use a hair dryer/blower but used the flat iron instead even though my hair was still damped. As I google, a blowout means creating curly hair, straight hair or subtle waves without any curling or flat iron involved with a smooth and beautiful look results. (That’s when you need to pay for an extra charge). How can you let your clients leave your salon look like having a bad hair day? The bob cut is awful, the length on the front (face) are not even. One side is obviously longer. I even told it to her. I had good experiences before with this salon. The hairdresser would use a hair dryer after a hair cut without charging me an extra $18. I know every salon I go do a quick hair drying or blowing after a hair cut without an extra charge. Very disappointed 🙄🙃Won’t come back👎

The worst experience was when the hairstylist did a whole different haircut after being instructed to do one.She wasn't intentionally ignoring my haircut; she was simply focusing on other retail items.didn't even bother to inquire if the hairstyle needed to be changed.Since they work in the service sector, I believe they should value their clients.Rachel did a worst job.

Don’t know why people complain so much. Some comments about people ethnicity is destitution in action at its best. Staff always friendly. They have at least top level masters there with Tattoos and girl from Syria like all of them there. I guess when you treat people right and with respect. You get same level of service. I hope they will forgive me that I didn’t came in for haircut in February... Being stuck with quarantine.. I couldn’t wait any longer. Please forgive me for loosing my patience. I promise, will come in the next 2-3 weeks :) Miss you guys. To my defence, I did call you but no one answered. That doesn’t change the fact that you guys are amazing. :)

Went in to get hair trimmed by my ears. Just around Mt ears. A CLEAN UP , what they say. Lady was so rude, didn't do a good job, didn't even blow dry the hair she trimmed off me, and charged me 12 bucks for 2 minutes of trim Most places charge 4 to 6 bucks for a clean up. This lady was so rude!!!!!!
