Came in for the first time to get my nails done (full-set) and got exactly what I asked for regarding the shape. The nails are still going strong 1.5 weeks in! Very impressed with the guy who did my nails at this salon! Thanks guys.

I promptly left this salon and made an appointment somewhere else to have my nails and pedicure redone. The place I went to was horrified at the condition of my gel tips and overlay. They were extremely thick, had uneven overhang on the tips, were bumpy, and were lifting up - less than 24 hours after I had them done. I also had cured gel and polish on my skin. It took them over an hour to fix. I was rushed through my pedicure, and I felt very much like an Intrusion. I know Tracy has a great reputation, but the younger gal doing my nails was terrible. I asked for a dusty mauve with a rose gold glitter fade, and what I got was a bright purple with champagne glitter that was uneven, blotchy, thick, and went right up the length of my nail. Yet, no two nails were remotely alike. I have pictures to prove the disaster that my nails were left in. I wont be back.

Good service and good prices. You get what you pay for in terms of atmosphere and experience. The aesthetic is very basic, and the girls don't chat to you during your appointment. But the prices are really good, the color selection is wide, the quality of nails is great and the hygiene is very high. If you want to bring in a picture they can select colors for you and do nail art. I've never been disappointed.

I have been coming here for almost 5 years now ! I drive 30 minutes to get my nails done here and it is always well worth my drive!! All of the staff are kind and someone will always acknowledge you when you walk through the door . Prices are amazing and there is a TON of colors to choose from . I am always getting compliments on my nails and will continue to refer everyone I know to this place !! 😊

They give good pedicures, however my nail fill was horrible, very uneven, week and Miss shaped nails. I have been contemplating going back and demand they redo them. And they weren't honest about their prices up front.
