Great experience from the minute I walked in the door. The staff were all very friendly and inviting. Stylists are extremely knowledgeable and informative. 100% Felt like I was in good hands. My stylist explained everything from start to finish, so that there were no surprises when coming to the finished product or the payment! Huge thank you to Carmen and Joanna for taking such good care of me when I really needed it!!

Fantastic first time experience. The staff was super friendly and the environment was calm enough to relax and unwind. They offer you beverages for your visit and are keen to answer any questions you have.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this salon. After spending 4 hours and over $300 at this salon to have my hair highlighted and cut, I left the salon with chunky streaks and an extremely uneven hair cut. Upon calling the salon to speak to a manager I was forwarded to Magda. I sent her pictures of my hair as I was unwilling to go back to this salon and was in the process of having it fixed elsewhere. When she reviewed the pictures she called me and proceeded to tell me that â€œit wasnâ€™t that badâ€ and that they would refund me $63 - the cost of my haircut. Frankly, this salon should be embarrassed of the service their â€œmaster stylistâ€ provided. And customer service is not at the top of their priorities. Donâ€™t waste your time or head of hair here. I now have extremely fried hair and had to pay another $300 to have it fixed at a far more reputable salon.

I always enjoy treating myself to an appointment at Fresh and Co with Elizabeth. This woman is passionate about her industry and it shows! She is always able to give a cut/colour that make me feel beautiful. Pair that with a to-die-for scalp massage & easy conversation and you have a superb stylist!
