I'm not sure if this lady is the owner or not. An older lady with makeup and short blonde-dyed hair is who I am speaking about today. I brought my 10 yr old autistic son in for a trim. He was very well behaved. He likes haircuts. She asked if I wanted her to shave it all off instead to make it easier, just like the man before us (whom I noticed looked angry and didn't pay either - he just walked out). I answered no, and explained to just trim what was already in place. Short around the sides and long on top. This lady proceeded to grab a hunk of my son's hair on top and cut it off, so there would be no choice but to cut it all off. There was a pile of hair all over my son's face, which made him upset, as autistic people have sensory overload. She proceeded to yell at him to calm down, took the hair dryer on hot setting, and high setting, and face it right up into his face to blow the hair off, which made him even more upset. The buzz cut she gave him isn't even uniform, Its choppy all over. At the end of this disgusting scene she remarks: " good enough". After 10 years of bringing my son to this salon and having him enjoy haircuts, I will NEVER be back. Watch out for the old lady. She'll hack you up, too.

What a joke 4 real the lady that started cutting my hair was doing an awsome job then the lady running the till decides to come and check her work and touch it up litterally hacks my hair way shorter then i want it i tell her to stop she keeps going and needless to say i had to litteraly stand up to get her stop like shame on u missy

Worst haircut ever. Defiantly won't be back. They didnt even use a spray bottle to mit my hair so all the hair just kept falling in my eyes the entire time. And the cut is uneven. Very bizarre. It is like they are doing this for the first time.

Horrible service waited 2 hrs for a hair cut when while three of the girls just stood there talking I just left and will never be back and warn everyone else do not go there ever
