I am extremely disappointed in my experience at Dolce Soleil. I saw Kelsey for a haircut and tone, I showed her a photo of the colour I had chosen and she did not know to achieve it so she asked for an opinion from her co worker. Later on I realized she had put colour on my roots when I did not ask her to as I wanted my service to be a haircut and tone. My roots turned out golden orange, I was shocked as I did not want this. As well the tone I had asked for wasnâ€™t the one I got, I could have purple shampoo my hair at home to achieve this colour. I was over charged for something I did not want. I then went in the day after for a fix now my roots are mousy brown, better than they were before but still not what I ever wanted. I called again to speak to the owner and he was extremely stern with me and said â€œclearly you donâ€™t know what you wantâ€. Then hung up when I was politely ending the call after being told I could not get a full refund. I would not suggest spending your money here.

I called in earlier to ask if they carried Kevin Murphy hair gel and to see what time they would be open until because i would be going out of my way from work and was told 9:00pm as the posted hours of operation suggest. When i arrived at 8:16pm they were closed. Disappointing to say the least that i also confirmed with the gentlemen i spoke to on the phone. I guess the owners make too much money to stay open for their posted hours.
