They got me in with short notice and the new location looks nice. The stylist did a good job. The only thing I'd like changed would be history; every time I'm in they ask me what I want done and if I remember details from my last cut since I always get the same thing done. I have a terrible memory so it would be nice if they could look up what they did last time.

I have a regular stylist and the conversations always pick up where we left off no matter how long between haircuts. I get so many compliments about my haircuts that people can't believe that I don't pay a fortune at the expensive salons. All staff are so friendly and act professional in a fun way. I look forward to each appointment.

Staff is friendly and fairly decent. Issues were 1) constantly cut my hair too short for my scars to show through, even after being reminded about not cutting it so short 2) they've decided on an environmental change which they decided the customer has to pay for.
