I just left from this salon, so impressed by my experience!!! The atmosphere was fun and up beat, the girls laughed and had a great time while do what the love! I am very particular with my hair and how I like things done, my stylist Tanile was AMAZING! She was personable and funny and gave me exactly what I wanted. There are some salons that I dont walk into, because of the staff and I'm made to feel I dont be long, that's not the case with Reflections! I'm telling everyone how great these ladies are! Thank You For A Great Experience!

Andrea fried my hair to the point that clumps fell out when i got home. instead of her apologizing i was treated like i was stupid and brushed off like it wasn't a big deal. my hair was healthy before going to my appointment and now its so damaged. my haircut is about half an inch shorter on one side of my head, and from the back there looks like there are chunks cut out. I was offered a deep conditioning treatment and a haircut but did not trust her to touch my hair again after that and after how unapologetic and unsympathetic she was. she gave me and olaplaex number 3 to condition my hair at home (she also said she would give me a take home deep conditioner and didn't), and instead of giving me a bottled new product from the shelf i was given a used snack container (from the snacks sold in the lobby) filled with product from the back. I asked for a partial reimbursement to get my hair cut someplace else and she initially agreed and then went back on it. when i went in i was brushed off, and spoken to like an idiot. I'm so disappointed in how I've been treated after being a client for years. i wouldn't recommend not because of my hair falling out, but because of how this problem was dealt with and how unprofessional it was.

Went for a free complimentary bang trim as money is tight for a full hair cut. Kristie basically did a whole cut for free. I gave her a hug and left in tears, not many kind hearted people left in this world. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Kristie. ðŸ’™
