LUUM IS NOT A QUALIFYING UPSCALE SALON ‼️ I should have known better then to go back after my regular lady left. First I went for a hair colour and when my head was still full of grey she told me that dye sometimes doesn’t colour grey, I believe that until the next day I noticed that bits and pieces of the gray hair were dyed but not whole strands so I went back and the owner re: coloured my hair and lo and behold all of it took, So the next month I went for a spiral perm, Take a look... this is my $260 spiral perm right out the shower with quality curl enhancer... 😞 No Fix Ups This Time, The owner wanted to book me for a wash/cut/style, I was 20min late and even though I said I don’t need a wash or style I just need you to get it wet and tell me IF THIS IS ACCEPTABLE work for your salon and I was shrugged off and out like I was a problem, no haircut included now after a week, I can’t add a picture here but I can on Facebook. Maybe 60% of my hair has a slight wave

I have been going to Rebecca for about a year and a half, and I am so glad I found her! I was never the type to have a hairstylist I would go to more than once as I never committed to my hair, but after my first cut with her I can definitely say I don't trust anyone with my hair but her. The first time I met with her she took the time to sit down with me, consult me, she even felt my hair and explained to me why I was experiencing breakage on the one side of my head. Something NO ONE has ever done. She always remembers our prior conversations, and always gives me the hair of my dreams.
