My wife just got home from Chatters and her hair looks awesome!! Diandra did a great job and took the time to do it right. Thanks Diandra and Chatters!

The first thing that I didn't like was hearing other hair dressers talk rudely about their clients behind their backs. The second was when my hairdresser couldn't achieve the colour I wanted halfway through coloring my hair (even though every other hairdresser I go to can do it). Not only did she realize halfway through but instead of telling me she cant do it, she sent her manager to me who aggressively demanded I get a different colour. I'm pretty easy going if somebody can't do something that's fine but hair dressers should know their skills before starting hair and managers shouldn't try to bully clients based on their hairdressers inexperience. Will never return.

Asked for less then an inch off and got at least 3 inches taken off. And I am going on vacation my hair is incredibly short now . Not happy

Too pricey for a simple trim.....I can see charging that for a full cut but not a trim

The cut was decent but when I booked online it said I would receive a two minute massage, a cut and a style. I did not receive the massage, my hair was cut two inches shorter than I asked for, she didn’t think I should get the bangs I awaited and then she only blow dried it. I definitely didn’t like like I had come from the salon and was charged the full rate and I definitely feel ripped off. I had to go to another salon to get my bangs cut.
