Well I am coming back on here. To rewrite my review... it was once a 5 star review. It has now become a 1 star. If I could give ZERO I WOULD!! SO I CAUGHT A NAIL FUNGUS FROM THIS PLACE!!!! That have made my NATURAL NAIL FALL OFF!! (I have my family doc, and a dermatologist health report for proof!) I will post pics!! My nails LOOK HORRENDOUS!!! NEVER WILL I EVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THIS PLACE!!! They need to sterilize their tools!! The lady canâ€™t tell me she did. Cuz I didnâ€™t see her pull new tools out of a sterilized package! You could see with your eyes. That it was used!!! Itâ€™s been 4 months since this happened. Iâ€™ll post pics of what my nails look like today! How do I post pics?

I think they are very professional and personable. They always treat me and my daughter amazing. Highly recommended by me. They always remember who we are!

Always have great service. I don't mind waiting if I come in with no appointment. Judy always does a great job. All the girls are great.

I got my nails done for the first time ever, it was an alright experience definitely was excited and happy with the nails that turned out, but it did have a misunderstanding with the girl who did my nails, she refused to do what I originally wanted not because she couldn't but she personally said she doesn't think itll look nice, which I eventually gave up trying to convince her to do it so instead I picked a design she agreed looked nice. Yes it turned out well but again I felt defeated with what I originally wanted.

If you go do not go to rosa I've been going since march and have loved everyset until this month i get her the matte was streaky the first and then second time as I had to go in and get the fixed 2 days after getting them as they fell off and now I sit 4 days later and one just fell off very uneven aswell as my real nail is seen on both sides. Very unhappy with her work. The others however are very good
