Amazing job on my eyebrows, thank you very much. I picked your salon from Groupon due to the affordable price (being a part-time worker + student) and your handy work on my eyebrows = top dollar. I was a little wary 'is it too good to be true' but the result is amazing and I love my brows, so a big THANK YOU and see you in a year for my touch-up! x

A phone call is required. The studio doesn't regularly check on-line appointment requests. Would be better if they just didn't have the online scheduling option or eliminate same-day appointments.

I went there for upper eyelid and lower eyelid permanent eyeliner today. Very very disappointed with Leila's service. Both eyes unevenly done. Now I have to pay again someone else to rectify this. Also she did not leave the numbing cream long enough. The procedure hurt so bad. I will never recommend this place. Better go some place else and get it done by someone who knows what she is doing.

WATCH OUT, It took me a while to figure out what I wanted to write, and I need to say that I went to this place hoping to have a great experience on my eyebrows but instead they are ruened. She is NOT professional nor accurate when it comes to microblading...please people out there do your research and go to a professional. There are many many other BETTER places that are a good price and they know what they are doing, this lady does not. I now am getting my eyebrows redone since they are so bad. She doesn't make your eyebrows symmetrical nor use the right needle. Why did I go...?? Well I was stupid and didn't do my research and was impatient and now I'm paying for my mistake. She also didn't give my money back AND she charges for the first touch up where EVERYWHERE else it's included. Bottom line PLEASE DON'T get your eyebrows done here. That is all.

I purchased the shading. The deal they had was amazing. They shaped my eyebrows perfectly and made sure to ask me if I was happy with the shape. They showed me the clean needle prior to starting. The tattoo was painful but tolerable. They applied numbing cream to start and offered more if I needed it. Of course the fresh tattoo was beautifully shaped but intense in color. After 1 week of healing the scabs came off and my eyebrows look perfect! Great job and i will definately go to them again in the future!
