Julie is the best for curly hair! I have had my fair share of good & very bad curly hair cuts, finding Julie is a life saver! Both my husband and me have long curly hair… she is a dream at understanding how to make curly hair cuts look great, not flat or misshaped! She’s also a delight and mood booster every time you get your hair done! Thanks Julie!

We went to get our 1.5 year olds hair cut and our hairdresser was wonderful. She was quick, patient and so good with our son for his first haircut. Very happy.

Dom was amazing! He took my neglected brassy grown-out blonde and gave me a colour and cut my husband hasn’t stopped complimenting! He is also a wizard with a curling iron. Seriously!

Lisa is the best hair cutter I've had in years! She listens very well, is very respectful, friendly and talented and exceeded my expectations. Lots of compliments on my hair cuts from here

Chatters told my 15 yr old daughter that they would do a free consultation for her and her friend to see if highlights would work in their hair, which had been henna'd a year ago. When the girls arrived for their scheduled appointment the next day, (they walked 1/2 hour to get there) Chatters staff said the appointment was cancelled because they had to speak to their manager about doing a free consultation? They also said they would call my daughter back about re-scheduling the appointment but never did. The highlights were going to be paid for by me as part of a birthday gift to my daughter. Her friend was using some of her savings to pay for her highlights and the girls had been really excited to get this done before school started. This Chatters experience left them feeling confused and sad. Really disappointed with this very strange behavior. I give them an F for FAIL. PS. No option for zero stars or that's what I'd give.
