Cryotherapy

I decided to try the Cryotherapy and couldn’t be happier. I thought it would be slightly painful and there would be unwanted side effects, due to my research from similar businesses that offer similar services, and it was a walk in the park! Sue was very easy to talk to. She took her time with me answering all my questions, and offered so much more feedback than I anticipated. She checked in on me regularly and will do a checkup in three to four months. I highly recommend this studio for their professionalism and knowledge. Now I will wait for the results…two weeks up to six months.

First time going to Polished and had a great experience getting a gel pedicure and manicure by Amele she was very gentle and gave a great massage as well. Would definitely book with her again.

Anu, is meticulous, kind, gentle and patient. . She does amazing work. Her gel French looks very natural and the hand massage is worth the money on its own. ☺️

DON’T SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. My daughter spent $80 before our trip, the technician made here nails bleed, filed them uneven, and did a poor job. My daughter tried calling a number of times before leaving on our trip while working full time to discuss the matter. The owner is very passive aggressive and would not discuss the matter on the phone. My daughter worked full time up until the day we left; her nails were done three days before leaving. The last time she tried this business, the polish came off her toes on one foot the same day and when she went back the owner blamed her for being “ active”; even though the technician forgot to put the top coat on this foot. This owner blames the customers for their poor service. It’s a pattern in the reviews. So , please respond blaming my daughter for your poor job, making her bleed, being passive aggressive , taking her $80, and refusing to speak to a student unless she takes time off of work.
