UPDATED REVIEW: Went back for the same services, but had Rocky this time. He's fantastic and went out of his way to make it an amazing experience for me. Extremely professional, personable, and very talented at what he does. I recommend him entirely, and will definitely be coming back in a couple of months for more. He even asked numerous times if I would like a fresh, hot cup of tea. He really cares for his clientele, and it shows. Thanks Rocky! =] FORMER 4* REVIEW: Got a haircut, bleached my roots, and toned everything silver. Saw Paola, who was very friendly and had a pleasant demeanour. The end results were expensive, but just what I hoped for. Atmosphere: rather unexceptional for what they advertise as Victoria's premier hair salon. Offered me leftover tea. Staff: incredibly friendly, and diverse staff. They make you feel welcome. Haircut: awesome. Reasonable. Colouring: awesome. Expensive.

Honestly I didn't like the way they respond to thr customers .. I was booked for 4:15 and I tried them twice after 2 to reschedule and nobody picked up and when I called them after my work they told me that bcoz u didn't leave any voice mails so we will take some upfront fees to reschedule and when they called me to enquire about when I am coming even they didn't leave any voice mails ... so it's ok of they do that but u will have to pay bcoz now they dont trust u if u will come back or not ... basic ethics of business missing I would say .. better to go to some walk In salon

All around amazing place. The staff is friendly and the owner is one hell of a guy. You can tell he really loves what he does. I would recommend this place to anyone who's is looking to find a new regular place to get their hair done. I tired many other places around town but this is the only place I will continue to frequent.
