I had my hair done by Charlene for my wedding and it turned out amazing!! My hair is heavy and tends to sneak out of pins. Not only did Charlene do a second trial day for me to make sure everything would be perfect on the day, but she also took extra care and attention to make sure every angle was camera ready. Charlene is the best!

I just had a fantastic experience at Luxe. Carlos is a consummate professional, and I can't recommend his services enough. He has a keen eye for detail, and knows exactly how to make his clients look their very best. Also, it doesn't hurt that he is an excellent conversationalist. I'll definitely be back.

Hi, I have been a client of Luxe for almost 20 years; I have visited other salons but always come back to Luxe! This is truly one of the best salons in Victoria. They have many long term clients like me. Ross, Charlene and James have always displayed a strong commitment to their clients who can count on their professionalism, experience, skill, positive energy, discretion and joy for their work-passion. This a spa like experience! Most importantly to me is their commitment to on-going professional education. Their processes and products are top notch. All three owners are delightful talented skilled individuals who will listen and explore your hair with you; you will not be disappointed!

My stylist moved out of town and I was recommended by a friend to go see Carlos. Boy did I luck out! He does magic! And not to mention super sweet and great conversation. Check this place out if your looking for fantastic service and want to walk out looking like BeyoncÃ©!
