I have really dry hair, so love the way they do deep conditions. At other salons, the stylist rushes through it and then styles the heck out of my hair afterwards. Claudia spent a long time massaging my hair and then letting the treatment sit on my head. She explained that she wouldn't fully blow dry my head because that would undo the conditioning treatment. I could see the difference for weeks afterwards. Plus, it's an amazing price for such attention!

I went in for a "trim". Told the lady that if you cut too much I lose the curl and asked for it to be cut a certain way. In 10 minutes she took all my hair off. I will never return, it will take months to grow it back.
