Amazing Experience

Georgie is amazing and kind! I went to a so called experienced and kind wig place ( not Georges place) and had a horrible experience! It was during the beginning of Covid ( I realize everyone was scared and stressed). I went in November and the first wig ordered took a month and looked nothing like the picture in magazine. 2 more tries and finally got my wig at the end of January! It was real hair and I didn’t want to wear it in the rain and wanted a synthetic wig. There was no way I was going back to the “C” place! I went and saw Georgie and he knew exactly what would suit me. He came out with such an amazing wig! I would have never tried the colour combo or the rooted look, but when he put it on me WOW!!! I was thinking Is that me? I have never had so many complaints! It looks so real on me. Like it was made for my head! I am still wearing it over my $3000 real hair wig ! Really! My real one looks good but the synthetic is me George knew it was for me in less than 2 mins! Thanks G!

George was great with my mom , she couldn't go down the stairs so he came outside and fitted her with a wig!! EXCELLENT COSTUMER SERVICE!!

We did walk away with a wig since we were in a time crunch; we very much appreciated that George came in to the shop to accommodate our non-standard timing. The in-store service was acceptable. The price was higher than competitors that offer the same brands of high-quality wigs. Overall, based on our experience here, I would recommend first checking out Lilybelle Locks Wigs & Hair Extensions if you are close to Nanaimo. Cheers!

I found George to be kind and understanding, hugely professional and incredibly good at his job. He gave me the best haircut I've ever had as well as useful suggestions that helped me come to terms with my hair loss. I am grateful for his care and expertise. I will go to him when I'm ready for a wig.

I LOVE this place!!! Not only do I love my stylist Tracy Hartman, but I love the vibe here and how happy and comfortable they make you feel when you come in! This is a great place to go and the location is also awesome. I would for sure recommend to anyone!!! I feel beautiful (both outside and inside) every time I walk out of their door!! A great place to find your favourite look!! ❤️

Careful of the owner selling overpriced ratty root wig rude to me about wanting to try on another one..tells me no..go to Vancouver..the iskan doesnt have right kind of stores for wigs. Hes trying to sell a hundred dollar wig for 400..not a nice guy.
