I literally made an account to post this is how terrible the job was. I got my hair done be an Asian lady who works there her instagram page is something like hairbytran. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said she would do it. When she was finished with my hair IT WAS STILL BLACK, she did NOTHING literally there was maybe one shade difference you could notice in the sun? I paid her 150$ for nothing. I have been saving up money to get my hair dyed and could not believe what she did. She didnâ€™t seem like the type to negotiate so I payed her the money and left but I swear I have never been more disappointed in my life. Never will I come back or trust ANYONE with my hair again. I worked hard for that money.

I had made an hair cut appointment with Han well in advance because I had an event to attend. I arrived 10 minutes early like usual, and noticed Han was busy colouring someoneâ€™s hair. She asked me to come back 40 minutes later. So I did. And then she told me she wouldnâ€™t be able to cut my hair because she was too busy with someone else who wanted more â€œelaborateâ€ services done that day because there was a local festival that weekend. I was disappointed that money was more important then a regular client...(with an appointment) was cast aside. She told me to make another appointment too. seriously? So I went downstairs and they took me in right away and were very kind and sympathized with me.

Michelle is the BOMB. Iâ€™ve been going to her for years and sheâ€™s knows her stuff. Iâ€™ve never gone away disappointed and if she canâ€™t do what you want(Iâ€™m white blonde that took a lot of time) she will explain why and the process of getting what you want without killing your hair.

I have used Chatters hair salon services twice before. My experience has never been excellent as I never got different suggestions from the team even when I asked for! Today was the worst, I went for a hair cut and got the most cold hair dresser. My hair cut in total took more than an hour, my hair were first cut in uneven length, her effort was decent in bringing them equal but that made my hair shorter than I wanted. While she was drying my hair she was rough in running her fingers through my hair. So much so that left side of my head still hurts if I touch it even after 4.5 hours of my hair appointment. I was observing other hair dressers and they were invested into there clients, I donâ€™t know how gentle they were but definitely there clients wouldnâ€™t have gone back in pain like me.
