Had a superb mani/pedi here in the fall. Returned for this service today, and it was a FAIL. I arrived a few minutes early, and was asked to wait. Went on a tiny shop. Came back on time; 5 minutes past appointment time, was asked to come back in 15 after lone, busy manicurist made a call. I turned again 15 minutes as indicated. Manicurist is rude and surly. No explanation, no apology. He puts me in foot bath, then goes to work on another client. I had to leave, as my schedule was getting messed up more by the minutes ticking by. Very puzzling and disappointing behaviour on this employee's part. And an insincere apology when I asked for one. How NOT to run a business. By-byeeee!

The staff were all very nice but the person who worked on me was very rough and not precise. He even cut me with the sander and didn't apologize even though there was blood. I have never been cut before at a nail salon! The workers next to me were doing a very slow and relaxing job on their clients while I was getting this hyper intense treatment. You need to slow down! Also my nails were cut on an angle. Not straight. Very sloppy with the gel too. I had to go home and fix everything. Will not be going there again. It was very "wham bam thank you ma'am" and there was no one even waiting after me. Also, talking in Vietnamese in front of people who can't understand is very rude. Whoever owns this salon needs to make some changes!

I had the best pedicure ever. I highly recommend this place. Iam definetly come back. Very accommodating friendly staff.

I went there for the first time and everything was amazing. The worker Anh did my acrylic nails and its so beautiful. i've gotten atleast 5 compliments on my nails in just one day. She is one of the most nicest person that has done my nails so far. The massage was amazing and overall everything was just great.
