I am a regular client at is. Salon and absolutely love it. The salon itself is very well situated in downtown Vancouver. It has a cool interior, and nice energy about it. My hair dresser is Erin-Leigh and she is awesome. She makes every visit fun and the colour she puts together for my hair is amazing. She listens to exactly what I want (for both cut and colour) every time. I would recommend her services!

I have been coming to see Erin Leigh here ever since the salon opened. She is a magician! She always knows just what I need and I always leave looking and feeling great. She cuts and colours my hair and I've never had a bad experience. The salon is bright and comfortable, the atmosphere is great, music is always playing and if you ask nicely you might even get a wee glass of wine! Highly recommended.

This is my second time seeing Kayla (MacDonald). The first time I left super happy--she did a fantastic job and today I left even more happy than the first time. She is very skilled and meticulous at what she does. She listened to what I wanted and I left with the most awesome colour and cut. It was a makeover so to speak, a pretty big transformation for me and she knocked it out of the park. Thank you so much Kayla :)

Jaye is brilliant. I have not seen a different hairdresser since I first met her 14 years ago. I trust her to decide on style and colour and I always leave happy. She is creative and very skilled. My hair looks great until the next haircut. In 14 years, I have never left the salon with the same haircut - she always adds something different (or changes it completely). Iâ€™ve head long and short cuts and had every colour you can think of.

I started coming to Is.Salon to see Jaye back in 2013 when she rescued me from a bit of a bleaching disaster at another salon. She did such an amazing job and since then Iâ€™ve always trusted Iâ€™m in good hands! She gives me such a great cut every time and the added touches at the salon leave you feeling taken care of, from the complimentary bevvie (I usually choose the wine!) to the luxurious head massage. Even when I pop in for a bang trim, Jaye takes the time to style my hair all cute. Sheâ€™s the best at what she does, I highly recommend!!
