The ladies there are eager to learn and are friendly and helpful. There is always a teacher on the floor overseeing everything and willing to step up with suggestions.

Normally I really like OCI everyone is nice for the most part but today after having set up an appointment a week ago I went in to find they didn't have me in the computer not only that but the time I was told it was going to take to colour correct my hair was very wrong so there was nothing they could do but book and appointment for when they open back up in a week the girl at the desk was snooty and spoke down to me so I left I will not be going back for a long time if at all
