Never go here.

I wish I had done my research. I only came in for a trim. The hairdresser asked if she could do layers and I agreed. We talked over the length and she went to work. Watching her cut my hair made me extremely nervous. She just held up chunks of hair and chopped them off, never once checking to see if anything was even. She curled my hair before I left so I couldn't see how the cut actually turned out. A few days later I washed and dried my hair, and I almost burst into tears. The cut was horribly uneven. All the layers were random and at different lengths, 3-4 inches in difference. I look like my hair got stuck in a blender and yanked out. I am so upset! I wish I had never stepped foot in that salon. I only wanted my split ends removed, and now I have a hack job for hair. STAY AWAY.

Sadly I wouldn't even give them one star. The customer service is okay. However my boyfriend had a very bad experience first time going there. He specifically instructed the hairdresser to not show skin, and the first thing that was done was a cut right to his scalp. He was extremely unhappy with the cut but returned hoping for a better experience. This last time he went, the back of his neck was very uneven and not much attention was paid overall to the cut. I ended up fixing it for him. Conversation could be much better. He didnt enjoy hearing life stories, including some inappropriate content. He wont be going back here.

Robert is a fantastic hairdresser. He got creative and helped me find the best color for my hair. I went from dark to blonde in 3 separate color appts over 6 months. The color blonde I have now is the final color in my journey as he picked the best color for me and I won't need to do anything more than roots in the future. He has a great knack for determining what color and cut is the most suited for your skin tone. Chatters also gave me a free bottle of hand lotion just for going to them to have my hair done, they offer amazing service!

After a completely hacked cut manager calls me in to discuss my issues on his time only to be passed onto another stylist that felt it was a communication problem and could not help me. Ruined my hair that will take months to grow out only to be told â€œoh well nothing I can doâ€
