Best facial I've ever had! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The product they use is completely organic and makes my skin feel and smell amazing! Will definitely be back for another.

Over priced services. Unacceptable paint job on my toes that I had to get redone not once but twice. I won't return here nor do i reccomend this place at all. There are way better places than here. Shop around people.

Beautiful spa, friendly and knowledgeable staff and amazing service quality- from the service providers. I would recommend Body Elements to anyone wanting the ultimate relaxation experience. Well done Body Elements.. Always a pleasure!

This place is amazing!! Every time I've been there they are so friendly and helpful. They are always smiling and welcoming. I feel like a million bucks when I'm there because of the way they treat me. Thanks for making this place a great experience for me!

Do not go to this place for eyelash extensions. I was horrified with my results. I say if you can't pride yourself in knowing your stuff before offering a service-DONT DO IT or OFFER it. The business didn't even offer selling a lash care kit for cleaning etc. When I said I was disatisfied and wanted them at least to cover removal as the did not have any next day appointments. If you are charging $185 for a service make sure you know your stuff and providing quality lashes. The faux mink as advertised is crap hard nd uncomfortable after a week. When I looked online technicians describe experiences like these of people who haven't crafted their art...each visit and consult should be customized to each client eye shape size of lash and what would best suit the client and show some before and after photos. This business does not display any photos and that was my mistake thinking and being fooled by the environment they created of professionalism! And to add to it as I was reaching into purse to pay my hefty bill and cheap discount for the crap job I catch one of the clerks smirking looking at my lashes!!!! So not professional...thank goodness the lady (who was also a minority)helping me was actually sorry for the job and did her best to get me a discount! Upset and angry customer! UPDATE it took one hour to remove...lash tech said they used way way to much glue...lashes were not separated properly...and heavy thick lashes used. She said u shud not feel the lash. Sad this place doesn't care!!!! Nd my lashes r damaged badly now thin nd short and I have to use a serum!!!super annoyed!
