Had a previous good experience until one appointment where a had a different technician after they rearranged my appointment. Paid for a diamond set - $140!! Lashes were much less full, colour was changed from black and I was not informed, and lashes fell out within 10 days. Instead of listening and offering compensation, the manager said I was being accusatory and did not believe there was any problem with what had happened. Well they lost a customer pretty quickly, not the best way to run your business with such poor customer service. When you're paying such a high price, there are other places in Vancouver to get your lashes done that don't immediately fall out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

The girls who work here are so sweet. They gave a discount on an upgrade and even sacrificed their break to take the extra time to install them. My eyelashes look amazing. The prices are pretty expensive without groupon and I don't think I could afford to come here regularly but as a treat this is a really good option for quality work. Thanks ladies :)

#Kinjou Lashes Beauty Studio Iâ€™ve been to few Lashes studio around Vancouver area for my â€œLashesâ€ nothing works for my #Very sensitive Eyes. Not only that , I Have a Severe Dry Eyes as well . I was checking my Groupon & I see Kinjou Lashes Beauty Studio the name of the studio sounds interesting so I said Iâ€™ll give another try for my lashes . I called & Booked my very first appt for kinjou. To my embarrassment I was late fir my first appt called kinjou that Iâ€™m gonna be late... ðŸ˜ŠðŸ™ðŸ¼but I have a valid reason of why I will be late ... Iâ€™ve asked to book me another time to my Surprised, kinjou did their best to fit me into their busy schedules That very same day! That I truly appreciated kinjou for their dedication to make their customers happy ! â€œIzumi â€œ is my well trained technician , very Light hand , very thorough & their lashes are Super perfect lashes into my sensitive eyes ... I donâ€™t even feel I have false lashes & I had been complimented on my lashes more than ever!ðŸ™ðŸ¼thank you kinjou so much ! Iâ€™m very satisfied with Izumiâ€™s job on my lashes & I had been going to Izumi @ Kinjou since. Just go give them a try ! Very satisfied customer, BrenaGN

This is the best lash studio in town. I always have great experience having my lashes done here. My eyes are very sensitive but never have problems when they do my lashes. The technicians are very experienced and professional, the curve line, every lash is perfectly in its place, they Look great even after few weeks. Really recommend this place.
