Good product selection, however, communication quality towards customers must be improved and much stronger knowledge of services must be applied (instead of staff answering "I don't know" when asked about selection of services) since it is with the front desk that clients mainly communicate with regarding product/service information. Pricing information must be 100% clear both on website and in store. Management needs to review customer service training.
It is good to see that Zennkai is very active in their own community, volunteering to "pamper" others with complimentary services, but keep in mind the customers that pay and keep the company in business.
