Did a great job fixing a bad haircut from another of their locations. Still a good price, at double the cost to get it straight!

this was the worst. hair dresser not qualified did not listen nor did a nice cut one side shorter then other and this is after 55 min in a chair for a pre teen boy cut. I had to tell her twice that it is not short enough. stop talking so much... listen to your customers. asking me all my info I front of whole lobby. no privacy or respect for clients privacy. we had other plans and were already late due to her snail pace. her response was well come back another time and we will straighten it out. really come on have you ever hear of customer service. this was the worst experience and will never go back to this location.

First time here as I really needed a hair cut and I wasn't near my own hair dresser for at least another 3 momths. The girl at the counter was friendly and told me how long the wait was. I eventually got my turn and got the same girl. She was soft spoken but did a very nice job om my cut. Did exactlly as I asked. Should I need another emergency cut I will go back.
