Expensive to park..my stylist was late..she was juggling three customers. ..left dye in my hair too long..not happy with colour

I booked a hair appointment at 10:00 AM with Susie. Came early to find parking as they're in a busy location. I found parking close by and paid $7.00 for 2 hour parking. I walk up to the hair salon and it says that its closed and the door was closed. I then waited 15 minutes and called countless time to have none answer. Essentially I paid parking for nothing and got no haircut. Very lazy and unprofessional. Not a good way to run business. dont waste you time or money here

Showed up for my appointment at 10:00 a.m. and found a locked door. The sign on the salon window said indicated "OPEN" but I was unable to gain access to the building. Nobody picked up the phone so I left a voice mail. At 10:30 a.m. no still no return phone call.
