Enjoyed coming here for the first time as Iâ€™m new to the city. Reviews are accurate. Relaxed vibe and no need for small talk - just sit back and relax. Clearly very talented staff who listen to you. My cut was done and styled in 40 minutes and exactly what I wanted. Great prices. Also, easy to get a slot for haircut - I was in the day after I called. Of note- you walk through the salon to get to the reception. Initially I wasnâ€™t sure where to go when I walked in. Very friendly staff helped me feel at ease though. I would come back here.

Got an appointment the next day, Sofia gave me the exact haircut that I wanted plus dyed it too, she actually paid attention to what I was saying and then delivered, I have previously been to five different salons in which they would just glance at what I was showing them and then proceed to do something remotely similar to what I wanted. Anyhow, she is attentive, she doesn't force conversation (which i found refreshing cause im not talkative but always feel i should to be polite), everyone at the salon was friendly and i overall recommend her/them, you cant leave disappointed!

The woman was rushed and 20 minutes late!! She didn't seem to care she was late or about me. The dude at the counter made me feel like i had no money, which is completely wrong. Horrible experience here, stay away if you value your time
