Terrible !!! if you’re looking to getting any kind of highlights and balayage, do not go there!!! I had a terrible experience. First of all, I was not interested in getting my hair done with them. But every time I went for other services they would try to convince me about how good of a job they would do if I chose to get highlights and balayage done with them.. I eventually decided to give them a try. I wish they would stop marketing themselves. Last summer they totally messed up my hair. They said they were going to give me a hint of purple and ended up dying my hair pitch black. I called and complained and nobody wanted to hear me out and eventually after complaining twice the owner offered a colour correction but I let it go. I hate how the salon lied that eventually I would see the purple they put in there after several washes. Technically, I should be seeing it day one . And about a month ago, I decided to give them a second chance. I asked for red tones, and it turned copper within a week. Usually if you get it done well , it turns copper within three months . I spent eight hours there and about 4 to 5 people did my hair and when I started complaining one of the employees called Mallika was extremely rude. Man can she be so rude!!! Imagine sitting somewhere for eight hours and 4 to 5 different people are doing something to your hair while they are actually massaging clients and they kind of sneak in and not really have time to do your hair!!! I was basically their guinea pig and then I was overcharged at least around $50-$90. And when I e transferred the money, the owner was not wanting me to leave the shop until the money was transferred. She’s known me for so many years. Do you really think I was going to run away with your money? Sometimes the e transfer is delayed by the bank. If I was a stranger, I can understand you not wanting me to leave the salon until the money was in your account but not if I’ve known you for many years. The owner knows VERY well that I always pay immediately after the service and I almost ALWAYS tip. NEVER EVER had an incident where I didn’t pay her. I’m totally done with this place .

Number one massage i would say in whole world, if you never tried, you guys will have to go there with JASS. You will feel the real difference in your body. 10 out of 10. I was having my shoulder and knee’s issue, perfectly fine right now. You don’t have to let her know about your body, she will find by herself with experience. Thank you so much JASS.

A great place for massages and all kinds of services. Staff are very friendly and you feel like you’re home. My experience has been very positive and I’m a regular client. I highly recommend this place!

Have attend to Mario’s several times for massage. Many nice and talented therapists working. On occasion though a second therapist will walk into room unexpected and sit. It disturbs the relaxation. Not every time has the attendant provided hot towels for wipe down. But all in all, service is good.

I did a manicure in this salon, the Ukrainian woman is a good master! but the materials provided by the salon are terrible, and as a result, the price was inflated. This is very strange and unpleasant! When I went to the cash register to pay, the girl who is a hairdresser in this salon looked at the manicure and didn't tell me the price, but where was the permanent work and why didn't the master tell me the price?
