Don't waste your time here. If you're expecting nails beautifully done, definitely not the place to go. I did a shellac manicure and natural pedicure as a Groupon. The guy who did my manicure didn't even cut my cuticles, the pedicure was ok. The place is filthy, I'm not sure if they sterilize the nail cutters..

Went in for an appointment I had made and they had overbooked so a man did my manicure who the entire time was bashing every other nail place in Barrie, you should not have to bash other businesses to sell yours. Needless to say my shellac manicure is one of the worst I have ever had and my pedicure has already rubbed off a couple toes in less than a week which has never happened to me before. I was just trying out some new places to try to find a go to place for regular visits. I will not go back to this place but I will say the girl who did my pedicure was really nice I believe her name was Tianna. I think their selling point seems to be lashes because no one else was there getting nails done.

I was extremely unhappy with the service. What I asked for was nowhere close to what I got. The person who did my nails was rude and unprofessional, not to mention extraordinarily rough. I spent nearly the entire time tensed up because he kept burning my fingers. Even the way he was holding my fingers was very rough. He kept telling me to relax my hands( kind of difficult when you're in pain). He asked me what color I wanted and then proceeded to tell me my choice was no good(then putting a color of his own choice on) the place is dirty and run down, there was a football game on the TV blasting very loud(not the kind of thing you expect in a nail salon). Their business hours are not good either, being open only 4 hours on a Saturday when you are in the public service sector is not ideal. It took several attempts to even get someone to answer the phone to book an appointment. When someone finally did answer I was told no we leave at 2 we can't do nails and a pedicure so I would have to come back and do a pedicure at a later time. When I suggested pushing the whole appointment to a later date to accommodate all the services I wanted I was flatly told no. I would need to come for 2 separate appointments on the weekend or I would need to come during the week. In short I have 20 dollars left on a gift card that I'll probably never use, as I have no desire to ever go back. Had I been paying cash I would not have even gone but I did not want to waste a gift card.

So from start to finsh.Ok people I gave this place the benefit of the dought after seeing these reviews. I contacted the ad on Kijiji for lash extensions. For a reply quick and Jessie fit me in, before a wedding I had to go to. I went to the appointment thinking not to good after reading the reviews. I sat down for 5 mins got called to the back. Other clients in there seemed happy. The place was clean. I laid on a clean bed with paper towel down. Laid back and closed my eyes. During the application I was not uncomfortable. I had no reaction to the glue and the lashes were even. Had great conversation with both Jessie and the other lash technician. Everyone had a great energy. I was out within an hour. The lash extension product used felt very natural and light. As a hairdresser and esthetician , as well as myself being a technician as well, I know clients can be very judgmental . As for the Groupon experience . Groupon is a great value but the business trys their best to accommodate all. So please give them a try.
