Usually this location is awesome, but...I had Lisa this week and could not have been more devastated by this massacre of my hair. First I got clipped on my ear, ok that can happen, no blood. She didn't do what I asked and when I told her that's not what I wanted she "fixed" it. She showed me in the mirror and I thought, that's ok. Until I got home and realized she just positioned my hair so I couldn't see the mess she left of the hair underneath. It is so chopped, short and uneven. I will go to another location today to see if it can be fixed or if I wear a hat for the next six weeks. Sadly disappointed.

Love my haircut! So glad I came here. Needed a cut but had a few ideas and pictures to better help hairstylist understand what I was hoping for. And how well it worked. Exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you.

Was nervous to go here. But ended up getting one of the best haircuts. Can't remember the ladies name but she was also super friendly and easy to talk to. I will definitely be giving them another try and hope for the same results.
