I went and got eyelash extensions here from a woman named Mikayla. She told me about how a client before me had an allergic reaction. She did the lashes and they very nice but when I got home 5 hours later I noticed my eyes started to get irritated and swelled up. I had never been in so much pain before because my eyes were blood shot. I messaged her and she told me to take them off but when I told her I’d like a refund all she did was offer me a new set because she “doesn’t give refunds for completed lashes” I was super disappointed in the way it was handled and will not be coming here again.

I've been a loyal Status customer for years & have always received excellent service, awesome colour & styles. Desmond is an outstanding stylist and I would recommend him to anyone looking to get an amazing hairstyle experience!!

I go bi-weekly to get my eyelash extensions from the amazing lash tech on site, Mikayla! My eyelashes always come out perfect and she constantly ensures i'm comfortable, and happy with the results. Mikayla showered me with knowledge before getting them so that I knew everything and anything possible in relation to the service. I have only been treated with respect and have been welcomed by not just her but the receptionist, hair stylists and other employees. Everyone is extremely friendly, the location is clean and there are constantly good vibes. I have not had my hair done there but if you are looking for eyelash services, go see Mikayla as you will not be dissapointed!

Just moved to Barrie and was looking for a hair dresser. Went here thought it was nice at first, staff is not really up to date or knowledgeable on hair dye. Ended up getting peekaboo highlights instead of the ombré I asked for but that wasn’t even the worst of it. I had my hair burnt so badly by their flat iron I had to get almost 4 inches of my hair cut off. From my experience, visit at your own risk
