I love this place. The service is fast and efficient. The establishment is plain but the place is clean and you are treated as part of the family. The prices are competitive with others but I think they only take cash.

I do not usually write reviews because I truly do not care enough, however I need to let all you ladies know NOT TO COME HERE!! I usually get my nails done at Queen Nails Orin the mall but everyoneâ€™s was packed (Cali nails was not and now I know why) I brought a picture of what I wanted so that made it more easier on her seeing as Shen didnâ€™t really have photos or anything to show what you want. I wanted an acrylic set, coffin shape and painted white. Firstly, she barely used any glue to support the fake nail going on, she used scissors to cut/shape the nails (which Iâ€™ve never seen before). She was in quite a rush and didnâ€™t even out the nail, so my nails are very jagged, which you can see very clearly in the white colour. None of the nails are even in length she didnâ€™t check to see if they were either. The tips are not straight on a lot of them, if any. I pointed out to her the issues, that they nail was bumpy/jagged so she tried to add more polish and top coat, which if anything made it worse. While my nails were drying she was putting on her jacket (nails werenâ€™t fully dry) and when I did leave she left with me- meaning she does absolutely no clean up in there (which is obvious) While I was washing my hands, my boyfriend said she put paint thinner in the colour. I paid $40 for my nails to look horrible, so ladies go to other places- they charge almost the same and will look A LOT better.

I don't usually give one star reviews, but let's just say this place is cheap and you get what you pay for. I only went because they were "open" on Sunday. Although each time I went during their posted hours the door was locked, I had to call and wait for her to come. She didn't speak enough English to understand what I wanted. It's fine that she didn't speak much English, but maybe there should be a menu on the wall or something to help. If you go, **bring a picture of what you want**. The final product was terrible. I showed her what she did wrong and she agreed she messed up and apologized but didn't offer to fix it. I didn't want to argue because she had another customer. She charged me full price. I decided to see if I could live with it, but they just looked so awful. I went back later, (again locked) this time she blamed me then tried to fix it by cutting the side of my nail down to the quick. I wouldn't let her try that on the others. What they needed was to be entirely redone but she wouldn't. Now I have to go have them removed and redone somewhere else. So if you're looking to save a few dollars, go to a place that will do them right the first time. If you're looking for a Sunday appointment, the posted hours are a vague suggestion. Sorry for the bad review but I was very disappointed and now am paying 3x what I originally anticipated.
