Had my bio gel and tips on my nails for a wedding using a gift certificate I had been given. The tips chosen did not fit my nails properly, some too narrow other too wide, tips put too far down on my nail and not filled properly leaving visible ridges where the tip ended. One nail fell off during the event 1 day after I had them done. My one finger was throbbing and I realized that it was because the tip was too big and putting pressure on the sides of my nail bed. I went to Paris nails a couple of days later. They removed the mess and put new nails on which were beautiful, fit and did not make my fingers hurt. It also cost a lot less for them to undo and fix my nails than at beauty works. I had some money left on the gift certificate and asked if I could leave it for a tip but was informed I couldnâ€™t because it was a gift certificate. Why not? A certificate should be as good as cash! Then asked if I could use the balance to buy some matching nail polish. The receptionist told me that they didnâ€™t sell the nail polish that was used on my nails but didnâ€™t offer anything else. Very disappointed would not go back or recommend this place.

LOVE this spa. I have always had a wonderful experience here. I recently had a massage here and the massage therapist was very nice and she made me feel very welcome and comfortable. If your looking to be pampered this is the place!
