WORST MASSAGE ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE EVER HAD - 4 of us went in for a massage, had 4 different masseuse's and we still all walked out with the same experience. I went in with my family for their relaxation massage for one hour. This was our first time coming to this salon. I knew around my area it had a bad reputation, but still thought the price was good and how bad could a massage be. Plus the reviews for massages were decent. We had no expectation coming in as to what the massage would consist of, but of course wanted to leave feeling relaxed. The ladies we had were all lovely, but that's it. It seems as if they all had worked a double shift and had no energy left to apply any effort. We all left there with having someone just put oil on our body and that's it. NO PRESSURE whatsoever was applied. If it wasn't for the fact that I could feel where oil was being placed on my body, I would never have known someone was massaging me. I had to even look up several times to see if she was there. I thought I was the only one that experienced this, and that my other 3 family members must have had a decent massage. We left their in disbelief in laughter discussing our experiences and how awful it was. We all left there thinking we were the only ones who had a horrible experience. All four of us said the same thing, that we felt nothing. And I am someone who has always left a massage asking them to lower the pressure, this is the first time we all had to say please put more pressure and were ignored, forget ignored we thought no one was actually massaging us and had to look up several times. I really don't know how this place has been in business. Now for four people who had 4 different masseuse's to be complaining about the same thing. I mean I have had hundreds of massages and not all of them great, but never have I walked out thinking was there someone even there. Have I just spent an hour laying on a bed dripping in oil. I would typically be livid, but it was just so unreal, comical almost, my hubby, mom and dad all said at one point they did all feel a tickle around their ear. I didn't get to feel that. I did call today to speak to management really not expecting a refund or anything, new nothing would come out of it and nothing did. Was told they didn't believe me and that management does not come in. I would really just advise people from coming to this salon, we spent over $200 to be oiled up and sent away. Save your money and that fact that they completely disregarded what I said speaks volumes. This salon does have a horrible reputation and now I have witnessed it firsthand.

I got a microdermabrasion facial and Yasmin did such a great job! She took the time to explain what my skin needed and walked me through all the steps. I definitely recommend booking a facial with her! She is amazing!

I have been going to Hanh Salon for almost a year now and I couldn't be happier with the services provided, from threading, massages, facials, waxing and now laser hair removal. My first experience at Hanh Salon, I had Alexandra do my massage, body wrap and facial and was super impressed. I've stuck with her since then and now I currently go to her for laser hair removal services. I'm on my 5th appointment now and have already seen such amazing progress. Alexandra does such a perfect job in all services that she provides. She's also such a wonderful person; she's very nice, attentive, professional and also makes you feel very comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks Alexandra and Hanh Salon!
