Hair cut experience

Sorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever. Bad service, the hair cutting was a joke. The timing was ridiculous ( they kept me waiting around forever) I left this salon with a headache from the stress i had there. Worst hair cutting I've ever had - please it's an insult to charge what they did for the service received. The staff are unfriendly and an awful atmosphere as no one know how to greet a customer at the entry. I would never return to this salon even if they offered me a free service. They are desperate for customers and not to provide a warm welcome with enjoyable services for customers.

I don't know where to begin and have been thinking long and hard how to express my great experience. Rupal is the epitome of a true perfectionist and master of her work. She is very educated in her field, If you can trust anyone with your eyebrows and other beauty services it has to be Rupal hands down. I came to Rupal with horrible and uneven eyebrows within the first few appointments I noticed a HUGE difference. I’ve gotten so many compliments based on the suggestions Rupal has given me, and the improvements done by her. My mom goes to Rupal for many services and loves every one of them. Rupal goes above and beyond to satisfy customers. We are both grateful to have met Rupal. Going to Rupal was the best decision. I definitely recommend all her services as Rupal gives amazing tips and knowledge that really benefits customers. Thank you Rupal ❤️

I went to Rupal for the first time and was amazed by how professional her business is. I loved the fact that appointments can be made online as it saves so much time. The online service is very useful and provides reminders too. I've experimented with a lot of different places for eyebrow threading but Rupal has to be the best at it! She is an artist when it comes to beauty. She goes above and beyond to ensure that the customers get the best experience and I'm truly impressed. I'll definitely visit again and recommend this place.

I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. My eyebrows were in a very bad shape until I came to her. She completely transformed my brows and for the past 2 years, I have been getting so many compliments. She has a great personality and will always make sure that you receive the best service possible. She never rushes anything and takes the time needed with her customers. I have suggested her service to my family and friends and we all love her. Thank you Rupal for serving us for the past 2 years!! We all truly appreciate your work.

This was my first visit here, I just read the reviews on google and went to them. I think I made a right decision, the service here is excellent. The most amazing thing is that all the services here are keenly priced, I just realized after visiting them that I was paying way more money for my services. All thanks to Rupal beauty salon.
