I am usually very happy with the results. Today unfortunately I am not. I went in today as a blonde to have my roots done and came home with blue/green hair. I want to cry it's so awful!

Asking customers for their address isn't right. If a homeless person wants a hair cut and has the money for it, then what? Change your policy. Its extremely offensive. All of us are done with this place.

My experience at first choice was great. The staff was kind and fun, and the wait for a walk-in was only about 10 minutes. It was priced reasonably as well, and they ensured the comfort of the customer. The hair stylist I had on my visit was Jordan, and he was amazing. He was energetic and fun, and still did an amazing job with my cut. He also gave me hair care tips while I was there, and made sure I had what I needed to keep my cut stylish for weeks to come. Sure, I didn't buy the hair care stuff there, as it was expensive, but the thought was there, and it was very kind! I would definitely recommend going to this First Choice for a cut. It is by far the best hair cutting experience I have ever had, and easily surpasses other First Choice', other higher end cutters, or even private stylist's!
