I'm so thankful to Isabelle and the Mapleview Chatters team who took such good care of me during my hair appointment. Isabelle understood my hair needs as someone with fine thin hair, making sure to check and double check to make sure the length trimmed was what I wanted, and applied products which didn't weigh it down. She did a great job and had a wonderful personality - chatting with her was very uplifting. The curls she gave me lasted beautifully through the night and got lots of compliments. Thanks again to the team for their kindness and encouragement on a rough day

Troy was horrible!! The worst hairdresser I ever had, he was super rough, my head feels badly bruised. If he thinks it was relaxing to run his hands that hard through my head he’s nuts!! How dare he, I should sue! I’m 100% in pain and not happy with my service. I wanted curls at the end and all he did was give a blow dry. My hair is also too golden blonde and not icy blonde like I asked. He should be fired the way he works, he’s just completely awful! Also this company is useless with helping people, I’m never coming here again or buying my products here either. Screw this place I’m upset! I will also tell everyone how bad they are and never to come here! 100% don’t do it! Highly not recommend!!! You won’t be happy and they don’t care or listen to what you want on top of hurting you physically and then saying sit up, move here do this do that a hundred times. Also I’m 6 feet tall, they should have chairs that accommodate to tall people instead of having me bend down. My back was also killing me at the end. $250 for what nothing good at all. The hair trim was $64, they considered it a long cut when my hair is only to my shoulders. What a rip off, then at the end Troy dared to tell me he only charged me for partial highlights like I’m getting some sort of deal when that’s only what he did. Honestly I’m extremely disappointed and I promise I’m never coming near this salon again!! It’s sad a hairdresser with that much experience is that bad at what he does.

A very pleasant experience. Troy listened to my concerns and offered his opinion and knowledge as to the style that would best suit me. All the staff were friendly. Thank you for such a good experience and will definitely be going back. Will also be recommending Chatters to my friends.

My first visit I have a good experience so I decide to go back . The second time they cut my hair very uneven and not blend.I give them another chance the unfortunately I was running late to my appointment because I forgot my wallet I call in advance to mentioned that I be 10 to 15 minutes late and they told me no problem we can take you .However, when I arrived for my surprise they told me we can’t take you we have another appointment. Not to mentioned it’s my Christmas party. This is very un respectful saying they can take me and obviously they can’t such a big company can’t handle the clients properly and be honest. They mentioned they call me all went to voicemail as I was driving to try to get there . The service is beyond terrible no concerned at all about their own clients. I don’t recommend to cut your hair there or any other service. At the Clip salon in the mall they make an effort to take me even though they where pretty busy .

Isabelle from Chatters was wonderful. She was so friendly and kind, and also very knowledgeable about both products and styling. I got a haircut, treatment, and style. She is very experienced and I will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you so much, Isabelle! I appreciate your help and customer service.
