Unfortunately I did not have a great experience at this salon. It was recommended to me, and since I could find no price list I booked an appointment for a consultation. I spent about 10-15 mins speaking with the stylist about what I wanted. She asked questions to clarify. She said she could do this in one appointment that would take about 2 hours. I was looking for balyage and a cut. She gave me the price and I booked an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment she had completely forgotten what we discussed. So it was like starting from scratch again. It felt like the time I took to go in for the consultation had been a waste of time. I ended up being in the salon for 3.5 hours. By this point I was so exhausted as I'd gone there after a day of work. I wasn't really sure at that point if I was happy with the results but I needed to get out of there. The next day I could clearly see spots of red in my hair. My base is brown, the balyage was blonde. And there were spots, both in the blond and in the brown, that were red. I contacted the stylist directly and told her I wasn't happy. She told me to try purple shampoo for a few days. So I did. It made no difference so I contacted her again. She booked me an appointment a week and a half away and was going to charge me for the appointment. I said if I would have to pay for a colour correction then I wouldn't be coming. She said no problem. In my opinion if I'm not happy with the results the colour correction should be complimentary. Since I was going to have to pay regardless, I went elsewhere and I'm now happy with my hair.
